I am your loyal customer. On Friday, July 29, we put out our garbage containers as usual. When we came home we noticed that the large container was missing. I reported this immediately and received only an automated reply. No human being ever replied. When I requested immediate action, received no reply, either. Tried to call but no one ever answers the phone, either. We keep our garbage in the kitchen which is a serious health hazard. Please do something about this.
