To Mr. Kevin Mansell, As a frequent and always satisfied customer of Kohl’s I had – Kevin Mansell email address

Anett sent a message to Kevin Mansell – Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Kohl’s Corporation – Email Address that said:

To Mr. Kevin Mansell,

As a frequent and always satisfied customer of Kohl's I had very bad experience in your Pembroke Pines Store of Fl. . I am a a teacher and nobody should be treated like this from any manager in store or anywhere. I am not waiting for any compensation of yours. You either have very false advertising or your manager of this store is not up for his duty towards his customers. Treating them with disrespect and making them a full in front of other people. When you advertise that you give a 30% discount and Kohls cash for people who use your store credit card then how can that be denied by your manager as you check out?! As he stated it is not offered for everyone, so check your phone what you are eligible for???? " Lucky" me my phone would not bring up your site in the store! So he is telling me to scratch of a card instead and that is the discount! By this point I felt hurt and being blamed for something I would call false advertising! I was also ready to make bigger purchase on your Xbox complete set, but I had enough of your arrogant and rude manager!
I purchased a large some of clothing and yes I got some scratch off discount, but not what was promised and with making me feel stupid in front of other customers and cashiers. Also your store sent me a coupon for 20% off the same morning, what I could bring up on my phone. Your cashier tells me that it is expired! Then why do you send it in the morning to me when I go to your store? How can it be expired already? When I tell the manager this has never happened to me at Kohl

's he is educating me that those other cashiers did their job wrong before giving the advertised discount and that is against Kohl's policy! They not supposed to give the same discount to everybody?! Then why do you advertise it??? I used to love Kohl's, but today I experienced a very bad customer service and awful management. By the way the store was definitely lacking customer help and cashiers too on floor! My friend was with me in your store and experienced this back and force conversation with an ugly attitude from your store manager. She did go back to your store with somebody to make future purchase, I was invited too, but I said I am not putting my foot in that store again! When they returned all I heared that the store was dirty and everything was all over the place. They did not buy anything this time. Yes, customers can make a mess, but you did not have enough people on the floor to start with at opening for a big tax free day!

Hope you receive this letter and make necessary changes if this is the true Kohls policy!

Sincerely,
Anett
