I am writing to you about my disappointing experience that is still happening with receiving a couch for my sons apartment. I ordered this couch from the Grand Ave store in St Paul to be shipped to Milwaukee, Wis. We received the couch on 8/6/2016 and the wedge was a different color and fabric!! It was tan suede and it was suppose to be Performance Tweed Slate color. They are shipping him the replacement in two weeks, however, it is not resolved yet and I am still puzzled how a company that is high end like Pottery Barn can make a big mistake like this and I question how your quality assurance department can make this mistake? When the delivery men arrived they said they could not believe this happened and stated it tends to happen frequently with Pottery Barn when they deliver furniture. They were actually running late because the previous customer received the wrong item for the second time. Your company has quality products but if you cannot deliver the product what good does that do for your reputation and customer satisfaction? I am not sure I will ever buy a piece of furniture from your company again. I have a picture of the product if you want me to email or send it to you. It is hideous! I am hoping this problem is resolved on August 23rd. My son starts dental school on the 24th and he will not be able to wait for a delivery after that date and I am in Minnesota so I cannot help. Please look at your quality assurance department and resolve these issues. Thank you.
Susan
