Sir, knowing you are busy. Please take the time to read this. I called the 800# to inquiry as why it took 5/3 two weeks to notify me of credit alert. I spoke to now four different people (one twice) received insufficient, rude and wrong info. Transferred 5 times to phone # that goes dead after one ring. I spent over 40 minutes on the phone on Friday, 5 Aug and again started the same process today, 8 Aug receiving the same incompetence from the folks on the other end unfortunately. I even told them (nicely) that my next move would be to contact you. Could you please assist me or have somebody within your organization call me help me with what should be a simple solution. Again, I know you are busy and I am sorry to have to contact you however, had to choice after experiencing the call center there in Ohio. Thank you for your anticipated response.
