Dear CEO Rogers,
Writing to ask for your help.
On June 7, 2016, a PayPal transfer debit in the amount of $100,00 was charged to our account. I immediately contacted the bank and our account was given a $100.00 provisional credit pending outcome of the bank's investigation. Very shortly thereafter, the bank contacted us in writing stating the credit issued was now final. The bank's communication also went on to state that " you have the right to request a copy of any documents that were used in decisioning the claim.
I've requested copies of the documents beginning June 23, 2016 and again on July 26, 2016. In each instance I was promised the documents; claiming receipt within 5 business days. To date, we have not received the copies.
I need these copies to reolve that matter from my end.
