Your employees at Marriott Residence Inn 2001 S. Highland in Lombard Illinois Karen Efrain in particular are incredible. Karen went above and beyond once our flight was canceled July 20th to make sure she found a guest to replace our reserved room for the 20th. Southwest had computer malfunctions which pretty much canceled all flights out of LAX. We were completely stressed out about the charges we were going to incur because of Southwest’s mishap. We eventually made it to your hotel July 21st and were greeted with a warm smile from Efrain who knew all about the troubles we had experienced with Southwest. Efrain made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay was pleasant. Efrain even insisted that since we had such a rough travel we do a late check out. Long story short your staff was amazing and it was a joy to be served by your staff.
