Bev sent a message to Darren R. Huston – President and Chief Executive Officer of The Priceline Group – Email Address that said:

Dear booking.com.
I have had yo property. With you for 6 weeks now.
I was due to be paid £665 owing to me on the 3 August.
You claim you have sent it. I certainly have not received it.
I have been chasing this for a week and keep being told it has been sent.
It has not hit my bank account.
It is not pending. I have spoken to my bank.
I do not know where you have sent it but it is not to me,
I have checked my bank details on my account with you,
They are correct.
The mistake is not at this end.
I have paid my mortgage, my housekeeper etc, and am now hugely out of pocket.
I do not see how you can operate and treat customers this way.
I have a lot of pending bookings with you
None will be honoured if this is not sorted by the end of Tuesday.
I am not a charitable institution.
I thought you were great..... I was so impressed,
Now I am worried, stressed and upset . I do not need this after working all day.
Please contact me on my mobile, as, as stated I work and will be leaving before you open.
