Sherri sent a message to Marc Caira President and CEO, Tim Hortons Inc. – email address that said:
I had two bad experiences with two of your stores. The one at Promenades Cathedrale in Montreal refused to give me the correct change when I ordered an iced coffee. This was 2 weeks ago. I was served by a young black woman. She gave me the wrong change and owed me 85 cents. She took a long time to give the change and kept walking slowly and dragging her feet like she was looking for a fight. What a creep. Finally I told her I would call the police if she did not give me my correct change. Within 5 seconds I got the change; I wrote you about this but no reply.
The second incident took place last week at your store in Van Horne Shopping centre in Montreal. This store has all filipino staff and many of their customers are too. What was really creepy was that while my friend and I were having coffee, a group of filipino guys, one afer the other, kept waling by our table touching and stroking their crotches, then playing with their pants fiies and some were unbuckling their pants belts. This is sexual harrassment and also we felt threatened and left. The staff did nothing about it. What is going on in that store? You must have video cameras in there. Track it down. It must be on camera. I already wrote you about all this and no reply.
