Dear Mr. Joly:
As to not write too much in this e-mail, being that I am not sure as to where, and whom it will end up with.
I feel very compelled to express to you what has happened to me with your company in the last month. Absolutely unacceptable in every way. To pen all the names, and contacts, which I do have would take some time. Which of course I would very much like to convey directly to you. Not your admin. I sit here this morning, yet again taking an entire day off to wait for a cook-top that isn't coming! I never was called, nor told it once again wasn't arriving. Thus I loose another $1,000 today because of the incompetence of the Pacific Kitchen Home staff. As well as, the absolute arrogance of the employees I have unfortunately had the pleasure of speaking with.
I like yourself am from France, actually Monaco.
