This is Mukesh Gupta from New Delhi, India. I have purchased your Renault Duster Model RXZ on 04-08-2016 and it has started giving me trouble from day 1 and yesterday I was stranded with my wife, 3 year old daughter at a remote place which was about 120 kms near Ajmer, Rajasthan, India. Due to the problem I had to stay with my family literally on road for more than 24 hrs.
I can not keep a car which within 5 days of purchase, which has not even been registered, forces myself my family to spend a day literally on road making my dream tripp a nightmare.
I, therefore, request you to please communicate with your Indian Managers to immediately replace the vehicle without waisting any time.
