Ms Alber I ordered the Pearce L shaped sectional from Potterybarn on 7/14/2016, I did not receive the 20% discount and on 7/15/2016 customer care added it. I am requesting the 30% discount offered today since my order has not shipped. Customer care has refused to change the discount from 20% to 30%. I have ordered many things from Potterybarn over the years and this is unacceptable to me. Since my account has not been charged yet I am only requesting the price anyone else will pay today. Thank you.
