Dear Christopher J. Swift,
My name is Patricia and I am a member of the Hartford Home Owners Insurance. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction of the service by my claim manager, Ms. Shawna Davis. Working with Ms. Davis has created numerous on-going problems. Everytime I file a claim due to water damages in my aparatment, she does not follow the protocol as a claims adjuster. She gets into altercations with me about my claims. Recently, Ms. Davis
appointed a team of workers from ServePro to come to my house without contacting me. Since this visit, they have picked up my laminated floor saying there was mold and mildew, (but none was found). They cut holes into my walls and brought in humidifiers saying that they were drying up the water out of the walls.
It left me without any flooring and painting was unresolved. This is obviously unacceptable and the fact that Ms. Davis and ServePro never finished the job is extremely unprofessional and I am dissatisfied as a patron. Ms. Davis has been rude and condescending and difficult to work with. I would like Ms. Davis removed as my claim representative in all contact be given to someone else.
I hope this matter will be taken seriously and proper action be taken. Thank you and please contact me with any questions or concerns.
