Dear Sir/Madam

we purchased brandnew nissan Xtrail on 20/06/2016 with warranty of sterling aftercare its just 2100km odometer.there is a noise from the engine.. now my vehicle is under on a repair by sterling automobile lanka for 3 days. but the problem is still there. they are saying there is no available parts or software in here. so it will some time to import software form japan. so iam realy warried about my vehicle present condition is there any best solution. this is my first time i tried nissan.. so i believe that your company is fully responsible for this matter.. becouse of treading vehicles without checking complitly. i hope that you will concern about this matter as soon as you recived my mail..
