My husband and I stayed at the Venetian back in November 2015. What a wonderful experience! The room was unbelievable! Staff went above and beyond! Thomas C who was in charge of Guest Relations was so helpful. He checked us in so quickly, was very informative and super courteous! He is an asset to the Venetian! We hope to visit in December again! We can not say enough about your gorgeous hotel! Highly recommend it to all our family and friends! Thank you so much for the hospitality!
