I am staying at the Double Tree in Alsip, Ill. I stay at a lot of different Hiltons and I really don't have any complaints. To those who complain about everything my advise would be to go stay at a Motel 6. Yuck! I just wanted to say that the staff here deserves a big party. They are second to none when it comes you making you feel special. I could go into detail on all the things this staff here has done but I wont. What I will say is this place should be a training model for all the other establishments. Again all the other Hiltons I have stayed were great but this place is hands down the best. Juan the room service guy should be standing at the front door and greeting people for twice no three times the pay. I do hope this gets back to the staff and I would like to say Thank you to all of them. I have one more night here and after spending a long day in the heat, running around the Chicago suburbs and being treated like crap from people, I know when I get here they will be smiling and welcoming. Thanks again!
