I received a quotation for Dodge Journey SE PLUS TRIM 2016 for $ 131.15 Bi-weekly $0 Down, $0 % for 84 months from one sales rep in Toronto, Canada area but when i visited the dealership to order my vehicle until that moment they were agreed on the deal, they took me for the test ride later on when we reach to the rep desk to finalize thing hey started increasing the price of the vehicle. The real price as per the the quotation was $22033.20 but they increase to $ 22475.00 then to
$ 23000.00 then $23995 and finally some manager arrived and he increased the value to more than
$ 25000.00
We were looking for more than 5 vehicle in new future and it was a demo vehicle. We were trying to launch the journey in the line of Limo category in Toronto first time on total our cost without help of some one. But the behavior of the staff was totally Unprofessional and push us to contact some senior in the company because due to some Unprofessional people Dodge is loosing not only customers but respect as well.
