Barbara sent a message to Lee Kun-Hee Chairman, Samsung – email address that said:
Dear Sir,
How are you and your family? I'm sorry to disturb you but I have a problem with my galaxy phone. I purchased a galaxy 3 phone 3 years ago and the moment I turned it on it said it didn't have a memory card but when it was checked it did and it kept telling me it didn't until I took it to visit my family in Africa and took so many photos of friends and relatives I haven't seen since childhood. A few weeks after a message flashed that I didn't understand and it deleted all my photos which left me heartbroken to this day.
March this year the galaxy 3 started freezing so I bought a galaxy 6. That's how much I love samsung but alas I started having problems after 2 months. I could not get reception except at home. ( it has nothing to do with service since I have activated the galaxy 3 on the same plan).
Please is there anything you can do for me since I don't have $600.00 to buy another one as I am still paying for it?
Thank you in advance.
Yours sincerely
Barbara
