I have not been trying to contact time Warners CEO Robert for over a month to resolve my issues... after numerous attempts within time Warners customer service, with no resolution... I have typed an in depth email of my experience and would like to get it to someone who can actually take the time to review my account and correctify the issue. Since Robert Marcus is no longer CEO due to change in ownership, I'm reaching out to you to resolve.. please have some contact me via email so I can send the letter explaining everything so it can be properly reviewed..thanks in advance...
