I had to reach out to express my disappointment with your upgraded app for my I phone. Since the upgrade I am unable to use pop money. I have spent hours trying to figure out what I am doing wrong. When I called support today I was told this is a known issue and will not be fixed until next quarter sometime. i was also told there was no way to complain or escalate this issue. I use pop money all the time and it is one of the features that attracts me to your financial institution. The very least you can do is alert others that it no longer works so they don't spend time trying to figure it out. I am sure you can fix this to make your premier members happy. Come on and step up to the mistake and either reverse the app to the old version that worked just fine or fix it quickly. Next quarter is not good enough.
