Joseph sent a message to Greg D. Carmichael – Chief Executive Officer of Fifth Third Bancorp – Email Address that said:

Dear Mr. Carmichael,
I have been a Fifth Third credit card holder for a long period of time. I needed to use my credit card on Saturday for an emergency tow and my card was rejected. When I got home, I called customer service and I had to enter my card and SS # to the computer twice. When I finally spoke to a human, I had to give the information again as well as my address and phone number. When he finally acknowledge that it was me, the person couldn't help me so he transferred me. When this person answered I had to give the information again. She said there was a code on my account that she never seen before so she transferred me to the Fraud Department. Of course, I had to give my information all over again. She was very helpful though. She said my card was frozen because I missed a payment in March 2015. She told me it was a Customer Service problem so she transferred me back to Customer Service. This lady couldn't help me so I asked to talk to her manager. He told me that there was nothing he could do for me. First, it would have been nice to tell me back in March 2015 that my account was frozen. Since I don't feel like carrying a dead credit card, I'm going to apply for a new credit card with a different bank and transfer my balance and close your account. I doubt very much that I will receive a response but my name is Joseph
