I've been a member of COSTCO for a few years now, and generally, I admire the way the company does business. Thus, I was more than a little surprised when COSTCO partnered with Citi for its new VISA card. I'm not sure I'd want to do business with them. (I had a bad experience with them over a card that was nominally from Sears.)
Its probably too late now, but I still don't like the idea of doing business with Citi Bank.
