Hello I hope all is well with you! I am having major problem with Larry Williams the GM at CarMax on sw freeway! I bought a car from you guys 04/28/2016 and my car is still in the shop at Nissan dealership in about 10 more days I will have had my car for 4months and it has been in my possession for less than 30days. In this time my battery, ac compressor two times, transmission, and air flow sensor have all been changed and still something is wrong Nissan can't figure it out either and now are having Nissan engineers come in to see what's going on! About three weeks ago or so I spoke with Mr. Williams who was very rude and disrespectful even hung up in my face I asked him to let me trade the car since it was having all these problems he said no that my car could be appraised and I could buy another car or I could just let you guys fix my car! This to me is totally unacceptable and never would have thought I would be treated like that by upper management! I would love to talk as I have much more to say about this whole matter because I bought a car that isn't drivable and I'm paying a car note on a car I don't have and I don't plan on keeping which has also been explained to Mr. Williams! I really hope this isn't the way you guys do business bc I have sent several people over there and two of which I know bought for you guys! Please contact me anytime I look forward to hearing from you bc at this time I feel totally screwed by CARMAX!!!!
