Mohammed sent a message to Carlos Ghosn President and CEO, Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. – email address that said:
Dear Nissan,
I would like to make complain about ‘Nissan Pathfinder 2015’ Saudi dealer in Riyadh.
They are not resolving the problem atoll, Since I purchased ‘Nissan pathfinder 2015’ I am facing problem of vibration and jerking at low speed.
Once they make some CVT alloy changes and they said it is resolved but still vibration is there at low speed when I visited again they said it is ok and normal and they said that it is not counting in system they cannot do anything.
Even their behavior is not good atoll.
How to resolve please do let me know I am fed up with this issue.
