Problem with my Paypal' s account.
Dear Mr Dan Schulman,
I am a Paypal customer
I met problems with my Paypal's account that left me no choice but to contact you.
I had a Paypal account joined in 2015. Recently my business growing and i have more international customers, most of them are eager to use Western Union or bank transfer to purchase because they trust us ( and we tried very hard to deliver the very best product As a token of our appreciation). There is a few customers want to check out online so they can have buyer protection from a big agency. It's okay to us.
My latest customer use Paypal to purchase. Payment received in June 27, delivery time is 1 month. After receiving payment to my Paypal account, i withdrew money to my bank account. 3 days later i checked and saw Paypal didn't give permission to withdraw and frozen my account because it has begun receiving significantly higher dollar payments for goods or services. And state that there is problems with my account and i need to submit all information they need so i can have full access to my account No problem. I submitted every details i can ( Jul 2- Jul 4), and shipped the items to customer to get tracking code ( Jul 28) . ( She sent back to me very positive feedback) . I submit tracking code ( only have after finishing and ship the items to customer) to Paypal as the last thing i have to collect to finish their review process . They state that review process take 1-2 business days.
It was around 10 days since then and i din't get any words back from Paypal to resolve the problem to me, i even sent them many messages to ask whether i need to submit any other document and no words backed , even they should tell me that i only need to wait for 3-4 days more or what to do next. I was really in urgent need of my money and want to get it.
In August 4, i continue sending out documents that i think it might help them to finish their review process with me. No words back from Paypal but automatic response.
In August 11, i received email from Paypal:
" We emailed you on June 27, 2016 asking for additional information about your PayPal account. Since we haven’t received a response from you, your PayPal account has been further limited."
How irritating!!
Paypal's auto reply even state in the system that i haven't submitted tracking code and block me in that page. ( file 3-4) (August 11)
I have proof of every action i made in your system. I have added information at once through resolution center after you message me in June 27. And i screen shot everything you request me to do.( To collect the proof when you do anything wrong for me and i can filed a complaint to open a lawsuit )
And i haven't received any real conversation from Paypal since that day.
I made a search around and see there is huge of small business owners had very bad experiences with Paypal, someone was even kept funds for 90 days or lost all. I now have a deepest sympathies to all of them.
To conclude, through all the rough and unnecessary process that cause harm to my business , i ask for full access to my Paypal account as soon as possible and right to send and withdraw money in my Paypal account again.

In every of your automatic reply, Paypal always state that " We value your business and hope we've been able to help you today.". You didn't do as you state.
You didn't value our business with this auto response.
I Only want to use a service that i paid high fee without interruption. I hope that someone of Paypal will take time to prove that customer is important to you.
I look forward to a reply and resolution to my problem.
