My name is Nadia and I have been with SunTrust and number of years, since I moved in the Auburndale area in 2008. I mainly decided to bank with SunTrust because of the lack of banking institution, at that time. Now I have great regrets.
SunTrust has been very unfair towards us. My husband has a separate account but feel like SunTrust move around the account and delay payments in order to occur overdraft fees.
Saturday, August 06, I deposited $330 in the ATM slot and the machine ate the money. I am still waiting on their investigation and the completion of the matter. The fraud department sent me a form to complete and fax back to them. I emailed the response because I do not have a fax machine. They mailed the form instead and I read it today but no returned envelop. I emailed the information to them but still nothing is going on with my account that is why I am contacting you. I need that money. I am having financial issue so every penny is very critical to me.
Please take a time out of your busy schedule and investigate this matter on behalf of a valuable customer. I am so disappointed and dissatisfied, you have no idea. I am constantly having problem with this bank. Please assist.
