I live in Houston Texas. I visited Dallas, Texas and went to an outlet mall called GRAND PRAIRIE PRIME. the address of the location in question is.
As my wife was shopping I was sitting on stepping stool that was not in use. A person named Natasha who was the manager on duty rudely tried taking the stool away from me and told me " this is not something for you to sit on" and left. She took the stool and placed it under the table. It could have been handled much respectful and courteously. We did purchase over a hundred dollars worth of clothes and at the counter the cashiers did apologize for their managers behavior.
I would not have made this a big deal but my wife and my closet is full of banana republic clothes and quite frankly I did not like this persons attitude. I am a shareholder, I own several hundred shares of Gap. And I believe BR falls under Gap inc.
Im not looking for any compensation. I am looking for you to address these small issues at the management level so the next time I come, it will be a pleasant experience.
