Ajit sent a message to Glen F. Post, III President and CEO, CenturyLink, Inc. – email address that said:
Mr. Post:
Since I do not know who to blame specifically for CenturyLink's inability to help me and my family, I blame you. You are the chief executive officer of CenturyLink, and frankly, CenturyLink has not executed, which means you have not executed. You have failed in your job to provide me the service I am paying you for. You have not kept up to your end of the bargain. You are responsible for your employees' inaction. You are unaccountable, you have no value for my time, you have not shown the American exceptionalism that I fight for, every day.
All the customer service techs I have spoken to on the phone have been very courteous, but no one has been able to send someone out to take care of my problem.
I did submit a complaint to the Better Business Bureau in Denver, CO yesterday (8-20-16). This is the text of the complaint:
"Internet connection problems. Resulted after a storm on July 26, 2016. Technician sent out a new modem on July 27, modem reached us on July 28. We were available on August 3 (it was an all-day appointment) - no-call, no-show. Rescheduled for August 11 (took the day off) (all-day appointment) - no-call, no-show. Rescheduled for August 20 (all-day appointment again) - no-call, no-show. Utter disregard for customers' time. Job still not done."
I allow you to make up for your past inaction. I am always willing to forgive you once you deliver the goods.
Thank you!
Mr. Ajit
