I have spent hours dealing with the most unfriendly user application I've ever had to use. I have spend 4 hrs trying to donate $40.00 to an animal rescue. When it went through it didn't give me a receipt number etc, so I went in again. Now I have a duplicate transition. Contacted your support team which was useless. After 45 mins she referred me to another PayPal website so I could report my problem.
**Two donation transactions post in the same amount were completed in error - Mastiffs to Mutts Rescue. Only one should go through in the amount of $40.00
Please refund my account of $40.00 as soon as possible.

Once this is straighten out I'm canceling my PayPal account and I WILL NEVER use PayPal again. I will send my donations directly to the organization. This is not excitable -
