Angel sent a message to Doug McMillon – President and Chief Executive Officer of Walmart Stores, Inc. – Email Address that said:
My name is Angel I'm a former employee of store #5447
This is how it went..
Co worker and I was going on our 15 min. break as we was going out through gardens to exit out of the store there was a young man walking behind us he was wearing his hood on and his hands was in his pockets so I myself started to walk slower to let him walk by me and I noticed he was holding something in his jacket so I follow him out. So as I follow him as we got to the corner I ask the young man to empty his pockets his response was what you talking about I don't have anything so I ask him again and the same answer. so my co worker went in to get someone from l.p. Office as another Co worker came ask him the Sam question as I did and we get the same answer. So both we started to walk him to l.p. Office thats when the young man try to run off as he trip off the curb of the sidewalk and as I crab him and held him to someone came so as someone started to come he started to give up what he has taken and then we picked him up walk him to l.p. Office as the cops was called once again. Now later that night myself and my coworkers managers called us to the office to do a written statement as we did. The next day called to office again and was fired myself and one of my coworker.
Now for my understanding I did a good deed so how can I get fired for doing something good.
