Hello, I am experiencing horrible customer service from the Bloomfield, CT store. Stove purchased on 8/8 when ordered was "ready for delivery" on 8/19. No calls regarding that date, I call,they say 8/22 del. Still no calls. Now today, they say 8/26 del. Call the store, no answer on the line for order updates, no answer when waiting for the operator so I can speak to a manager. I'm ready to cancel this order.
