Clayton sent a message to Michael O’Leary – CEO, Ryanair – Email Address that said:
Dear Micheal,
After hearing you on The Today program and your promise of excellent customer service I Decided to give Ryan Air another chance as I promised myself that I wouldn't fly again with your Airline. To my complete surprise today You customer service has taken a giant leap backwards and again your admin fees and company policies have cost our small party travelling to Gdansk for our golfing trip an additional 220 euros for changing one of the names on our 3 party ticket as we had to replace someone due to our friend breaking his hand. Because I checked in online today your staff refused to change the 3 Rd party due to the ticket now being confirmed by association and the cost is to be 110 Eros each way? I am travelling @10:45 from Stanstead on Fri 26th August with 3 people flight number FR2374 please advise
As this is completely unacceptable and social media will love to hear about your changes in customer service
Regards Clayton
