Hello my name is Justin and i am trying to get in contact with you due to an automation branch doing very illegal things. Now i can't speak for others but i have many people that are/were automation customers and they are in shock with how this branch of automation works. i LOVE ford and they hands down make the best cars on the road but the best way to keep people in those cars are by having good employees, the branch of automation ford in Valencia CA has many two faced people that have no problem what so ever being rude and calling you names straight to your face. However this email is about me and my horrible experience i had at this location they stole from me, lied to me, and antaganized me because they feel they can. i had a 2014 ford fiesta se that i loved very much it was my first car and i took AMAZING care of it and a finance manager named Howard L Rutherford (a long time family friend) took that car away from me lied to me over and over again and when me and my family when back into the dealership to confront him he called us all liars and kicked us out. on top of that i when in on his day off to speak to the general manager alone and the manager and some other higher ups told me that they watch each others back and told me i should get the "fuck" out of the store or they will make my situation worse (i don't know how they could make it any worse) and now because of there lies and corruption they took away my car and hit me with mile charges and refused to let me get in any other vehicle because i told them this was illegal. i talked to ford credit and ford credit told me that this location is corrupt and they have all the proof that i could have kept my car and that it belongs to me. please contact me Please! i figured the best way to resolve this is to talk directley to you...i can tell you love this company as do i so i would like us to talk. contact me. thank you.
