Dish Satellite offered me a bundle package which included Internet. They did not tell us before they installed it they the Internet provided was not strong enough to support the DVR or on demands, I would have to find another server in my area jacking my price up by half. No one listens, not customer service, not 'account specialist' no body. They just say in their robotic voice that they have to charge me disconnect fee although they lied. That lowest point is when they went into up husbands social security disability and took out the money he has to live on ant this is without any authorization from us. Who takes 500.00 out of a mans disability. I have turned it into the attorney general, better business bereau and the bank who handles my husbands disability. I have never encountered a more repugnant business,,
