On September 5, 2015 I went into Toyota of Union City at 4115 Jonesboro Rd., Union City, Ga 30291 to purchase an automobile. The salesperson that assisted me name was Mr. Michael Saiz. I had been in an accident and my car was totaled. The salesperson (Michael) told me the remaining balance of my previous vehicle would be lumped into my current loan, however today when I went to refinance my vehicle; I was informed that no check was ever received from Toyota. And that the difference was not added to my purchasing paperwork. Someone should be held accountable to honor what a representative of Toyota told me to ease me into the purchase of the car I now have.
If you could assist me in getting the refinancing that I was promised at the time of my signing a contract to purchase another vehicle, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you Sir. I am just asking to be fair and honest . Angela
