I wanted reach out to you briefly We are been sirius customers for years My friends and I all have Ford vehicles factory installed in 2012- 2014 models. We have been experiencing many drop outs in our area its seems fixed where the line of sight blocked by hills. Where the satellites changed? It appear to be fixed location now and like previous where we always had reception this started early this year its very obvious.
