We have noticed a significant change in the Hawaii Kai Costco. This change is not a good one. We noticed disgruntled employees at check out. They are talking about checkout machines not working . Twice we have witnessed an employee receiving some counseling on the floor. The lack of a clean and professional looking store, inside and out has has been more prevalent over the last 8-10 months. Limited choices of items makes a Safeway stop on the way home necessary. This was rare for us. We have a group of friends we meet with weekly for dinner and the negative changes at Costco always come up. (Some of us are nervous stock holders) Hopefully, this is an isolated incident.
