Good afternoon Abigail, I closed a great 401k account from my old place of employment and took that money (100k) to open a Fidelity IRA and take advantage of a 10% promotion that was offered to me. However, almost 2 months later I come to find out that I was not eligible for the offer and its now expired. I feel that I was misled and just wanted you to know that I am not happy with the outcome, and may be closing my account. I'm sure there are other customers who were also affected by the lack of details to qualify for this promotion.
