Dear Mr. Demchak, we need your intervention to escalate this residential loan to an authority role. Your loan department had it all approved "supposedly" 10 days ago, and today on closing day they say they are not closing, for no apparent reason. Very unprofessional, no follow up with customers, no team work with realtors or title company, customers are hanging by empty reassurance that was given to them.
