I want to express my disappointment with this Sony device. I bought the e2033 dual – Kazuo Hirai email address

I want to express my disappointment with this Sony device. I bought the e2033 dual sim in may last year from the wind store in haidari Athens Greece. I have not used a Sony device in over 15 years but thought I would give it a try.

For the first month or so it was great then the issue with instant battery drain started. It would go from 100% to 30% in an hour.

I don't speak Greek even though I now live here so trying to get support from the seller is difficult never mind trying to find time with my work and the strange opening hours in Greece.

I am a senior advisor with apple care so I know how to prevent battery drainage especially regarding user installed apps etc.

I have followed all the guides and troubleshooting steps provided on your support page. I reinstalled the operating system too numerous times. I am now at the stage where the device switches off at 97% battery. Turn it back on and it goes to around 37% and instantly switches off and won't power on again as it says there is no battery.

As I mentioned I live abroad and use my device for everything from keeping in touch with family and friends in the UK to navigating the transport system. Now my device only stays on for more than ten minutes when connected to power. All diagnostics tell me the battery is healthy. I have since had to buy a powerbank to use the device away from home.

I think it is highly time I give up with the device and return to Samsung. I honestly am so disappointed with Sony and wanted to take the time to express this.
