I understand that you are expanding in the Middle East region,and I thought that you may need someone with my experience to set up your operations, support your franchisees ,and develop your business in the region . I played the same role for 7 years with both of Yum Brands, and Burger King to develop their business and support their franchisees in the Middle East, and small part of Europe.
That role included all the new markets pre-opening support i.e., Prepare market studies, Network planning, Prepare business plans, select the right franchisee/partner, signing franchise agreement ,and development plan ,setting supply chain, appoint the right people for the key positions, Pre-opening training, pricing strategy, etc…..
It also included the post-opening support i.e. , conduct regular business review, PL support , monitoring main business KPI's , prepare and execute regional Training LSM calendar, form different regional co-op's on different functions, arrange regional meetings, and conference's sharing best practices, provide tools/solutions to ensure continuous quality improvement of the main business KPI’s, etc…....
I also worked as a General Manager for different companies in the Middle East, Managing 10 different brands between QSR, Fast Casual, and Casual Dining and I have update to date knowledge the industry new happenings. I understand the nature of the relationship between the franchise, and the franchiser, and what each part expects from each other. I have opened a lot of new markets, and introduced many new brands.
I have good experience in setting up a new business, as well as turning around existing one using balanced score card that cover People Excellence, Customer Excellence, Operations Excellence, Brand Excellence, Franchise Excellence and Financial excellence.
I am a certified one-to-one and group trainer. I completed an MBA on Marketing and HR, and certified on HACCP implementation.
Beside my knowledge of the Franchise business, I have good knowledge of the Middle East markets. I have opened a lot of new markets, and introduced many new brands
