Dear Mr Thompson

I have recently been relocated to Mexico from India with your Crown Relocations.

While aspects of the service have been very good, namely the packing and unpacking, I feel I must draw your attention to the the following issues I have experienced:
+ poor customer service
+ poor communication and coordination between the sending and receiving offices
+ wilful disregard for complaints lodged
+ wilful damage of personal goods
+ unacceptable delays in receiving goods

I have ended up paying around $US1725 in import duties and storage which was completely unavoidable and have demanded the full refund of said monies but have been fobbed off with further examples of poor customer service.

I would be grateful for your personal attention to this matter.
