I have had 2 checks sent from my credit union ( like i always did with amexp...)
They never were posted....i stopped payment on the first one in time and my cr union reimbursed me....i decided i wouldpay off balance and like a idiot, i sent it same way.....no show after over a week+....i went to stop payment again but it had just come back and cleared....BUT.Never has been posted

I got as many docs as possible from bank on my phone and wanted to send the email and now they saythey do not have such a acct for attatchments......???
They did credit me charges and interest etc from first check......as of nowthey owe me $361 .00. Can you help me with tnis problem? I am sr. Lady on low income and too old for all this confusion.
