Sorry, my first email was sent before I was able to finish it. So I had a consumer relations person set up my case and request that my washer/dryer unit be replaced. I received a call yesterday (8/31/16) stating that they want to send me a commitment letter that if the machine breaks again, then it will be replaced. This will be the 7th time it breaks down before they will replace it. That is just not acceptable and I am totally amazed that it is even allowed to happen. Every time I have a technician come out, I have to take a day off from work. Can''t something be done?'Thank you Marie
