I have a 2009 Milan which recently had to have the throttle body replaced. However, mine was not covered as were many others in that timeframe. I have 92,000 plus miles on it. I believe I should be reimbursed for this malfunction . I talked with customer relations and they said it was up to the service manager and the service manager said it was up to ford. This is very discouraging to me as a long time ford consumer as my family. The cost of this repair was $767.28 at Jack X
