Bhavani sent a message to Kazuo Hirai President and CEO, Sony Corporation – email address that said:

Dear Sir,

Kon'ni'chi'wa.

It is with great dissatisfaction i write this mail. I have been a die hard SONY fan all the while but with my recent purchase the Xperia Z3 compact.

I purchased the phone in the month of July 2015 and it is just over a year now, the phone's back button and home button has stopped working in the normal mode. It works in the glove mode, which is not that great but really irritating. There is no damage or even a scratch on the phone. I take care of my phone better than myself.

Never ever thought, there could be such a product from SONY.

If i have to take the phone to the SONY service center to get this repaired and pay a price for it as well, I now know why SONY is losing its customers.

SONY phones are of great quality and I still believe it.

Also, I have been hearing that SONY is going to exit its smartphone business shortly, is it true? If yes, I would say, it will be a great disappointment to see my favorite brand bowing out in front of the competitors. I would want to see SONY reinventing itself and launch smartphones that are the best that the world can get. I wouldn't want to see you go. NEVER GIVE UP Please.
