Steve sent a message to Jeffrey J. Brown – Chief Executive Officer of Ally Financial Inc. – Email Address that said:
Mr. Brown,
Events surrounding a camper finance deal in April 2014 from Sunrise Camping Center in Hickory, NC with your bank, has only seen the documentation put on your system since August 2, 2016; as it was realized something is wrong with the entity who has been responding to us from previous legal matter involving that dealership and your loan. That highly defective product was returned immediately within days with lawyer letter to rescind loan and pay funds back to Ally which was never done. To this day, I have been forced to pay minimum monthly loan payments on said camper to preserve my excellent small business/personal credit rating when in fact, it has been in possession of that dealership since April 2014!
Why has this happened to me and my wife and why has Ally not gotten its funds back from that dealership long ago, and why some Consumer Relations person named S. Gilliland has been hiding all this information and series of previous legal events and claims, to where not until August 2, 2016 through dealing to your Collection Department did anyone of authority inside Ally even know about this and document our demise on Allys computer system regarding that product and loan.
We already have provided our story to Federal State Consumer Protection Agencies and others over the last 2+ years, and all the stress, duress and anguish trying to get this resolved is not right on any consumer or the events which occurred from that dealership. We feel we are in some sort of financial extortion from Ally and/by/through that dealership.
We implore you to contact your Collection Department people who have only recently posted facts on your system regarding the hell we have been living with the last 28 months regarding said product and loan.
This needs to be made right.
