I love Ryanair to bits - have been flying with you for 25 years - but am tearing hair out ref latest booking - I have bought travel insurance through you for the 1st time, but no-one can tell me where the docs are - as in policy etc - who to ring if I need to claim. I have phoned you and got cut off - done 3 Live Chats and none of your agents had a clue - which was appalling.
