Dear sir let me first say I've been a Cosco member for over 15 years and have always mention the great service I have experience and know because of my shopping there I have influence people to become members including my brother. On March 2 2016 I fell in your store and at the time made out a incident report I was sore but no major problems except severe bruising on my right side your claims person Adam called on March 4 to ask,how I was I remember saying how nothing was broken but I was in pain from the fall but at that time I felt just pain from the fall but I'm 64 and let's see how I'll feel down the road. I did experience pain in my right knee doctor took a xray and determined it was just a very bad bruise. My insurance paid quite a lot of insurance billing. I,spoke to the female manager at the toledo Ohio store (Connie)and we spoke in April she agreed that I would drop said bills and she would send them to claims service. I did drop off said bills to Connie the safety director and waited I called again in June and spoke to her again and she said it does take awhile please be patient she was very nice and professional. Today sept 7 I called again and another person gave me an 800 number which I then spoke to Susan ext.1650 couldn't have been nicer she gave me Gabriel number who also was cordial who gave me Adams claims person who immediately was hostile and said I spoke to,you on the 4 of March and you said you were fine I agreed but then explained that I had to see doctor to be sure and had explained when you called Adam,he became ruder and wouldn't listen to anything I said the total bill is less then $125.00 any I felt I was being fair and that I had done everything according to rules I didn't know Adam was so,harsh I asked if I could speak to his supervisor he refused so I'm sending this letter to you I don't think I unduly wrong in this thank goodness I wasn't seriously hurt and your employees were very considerate the claim number for my accident  thank you for listening
