Tom sent a message to John B. Koch, Chief Executive Officer and President, PODS Enterprises, Inc. – email address that said:
Sir-
We used PODS to move from CO to ID. It was made clear during the ordering process that the PODS would be stored in Boise, ID, and that when we purchased a home, we would have them delivered. Tonight I called to arrange delivery for next week only to find out the PODS were left in Colorado, therefore resulting in a 10 day wait on delivery (Sept. 16th). Our family needs them on Sept. 14th, but we could make the 15th work if PODS could please make this happen. I do not understand why PODS did not deliver these units to the Boise storage facility, as was supposed to happen. The logistics of tan arranged day off from work, babysitters hired, and movers makes 9/16 a day of hell for our family. Please consider fixing this error made by PODS.
