Dear M.O'Leary, I'm sure you'll be too busy to answer me but I try to contact you with the hope that your custumers are important.
This is my situation.
I'm a French young man of 25 years old. I've decided to travel in Cagliary on th 23 septembre with my friend Anna Sofia EVENS.
But the destiny has decided other... I have a serious health problem (impossible for me to feel something, to taste or to smel) . My Doctor strongly adviced me to cancel my travel and thinks the problem is really serious. I've phone Ryanair to symply cancel my travel and to send me a document attesting that my travel is cancelled and that I made a ask of reimbursement. Europ Assistance abslolutly need this paper to refund me.
I know that to have this document I have to wait the fly day. But how to be refund...

If you permiss this is all the information about th fly Reservation reference : VLNRPI

With the hope to read you soon
Best regards
Thomas
